Returns - Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Within the 10 day policy we are Happy to give refunds and size exchanges on regular priced items. Simply send back items UNWASHED & UNWORN with all LABELS still attached and in the original PACKAGING. You the consumer will be responsible for returning the original item back to us and Found My Happy will cover the cost of shipped replacements. Replacements will only be shipped once we have received the original item or we have proof of a tracking number for the returned item. If a mistake is made our end with sizing or there is a defect with our product we will happily fix this just contact us and we will work with you for the best possible solution.
